The leadership and management seminar held! On Wednesday, March 22, 2023, A seminar titled (Leadership and Management) was held on behalf of Horizon Research and Studies Organization.
This seminar was presented by Aziz ur Rahman Naseri, master of law and university professor, to more than a hundred people in Kabul. The seminar included all matters related to management (definition, elements of management, characteristics of management, principles of management, manager’s duties, work knowledge, planning, administrative corruption, effective management…) on the present day. The aim of Horizon Organization in holding such seminars is to develop the talent of Afghan people capacities in the direction of specialization and professionalism, so that they will be useful in the development of the country.
