Educational foundations play an essential role in shaping the future of
countries. Countries that have reached the peak of development, progress
and prosperity, the reason and root of it is the high investment in the education and higher education sectors of those countries. For our beloved country, Afghanistan, the only way to progress is that the educational sectors of the country are prioritized, and serious efforts should be made for its reconstruction and development. For this purpose, Horizon research and studies organization was established in 2022 in Kabul province by several Afghans who have Islamic and national sentiment and believe that the only way to the progress of the country is the improvement of scientific studies and research and building scientific capacities. They struggle to grow and strengthen the foundation of education in the country. Horizon research and studies organization has worked in the field of education and educational system of research and scientific studies, publishing

and distributing it and presenting it to relevant departments. It continues to launch educational and capacity building programs for the development of scientific and professional talents. Horizon research and studies organization believes that the distance between Sharia and modern sciences should be removed and both sciences should be the wings of the country’s progress. Horizon research and studies organization strives to fight illiteracy in the country with short-term and long-term strategies and programs, it wishes and strives to reflect the message of acquiring education to all parts of the country, to create public awareness to learn science throughout the country.
